  We needed to replace our washer and dryer so went to Livingood's appliances. From the moment we walked in to the delivery/installation, it was easy and seamless. The salesperson was knowledgeable, not pushy and got us taken care of quickly. He set up the delivery and told us they would call the day before delivery to provide a 2-hour window. One of the few companies that actually called us the day before and came within the 2-hour window which was appreciated. The 2 guys who installed the washer and dryer (Tony and Derek) were amazing! They had to remove the old washer and dryer and move them down 22 steps, then get the new washer and dryer up 22 steps and install in a very small laundry room. We have an original 1853 trompe l'oiel painting on our walls and Tony and Derek were very careful not to damage it. We couldn't be more happy with our experience (start to finish) at Livingood's!
